Nilou Rahimi, founder and owner of the Spa, local artist

Born in Iran, Nilou Rahimi immigrated to Europe where she learned the fine art of providing spa services that renew the body and rejuvenate the spirit. She established Nilou Day Spa a little more than ten years ago as an urban day resort with services designed for a soothing and pampering experience. It has quickly grown to a sanctuary where women and men alike come to experience expert spa services provided with exceptional hospitality.

An accomplished artist, Nilou began painting during her childhood in Iran. Her work in pastel and oil show the various cultural and environmental factors that have influenced her life. Her work is on display at the Spa and may be viewed Tuesday through Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm. You may also view her artistic website by going to www.nilouart.com.

About Us

All of us at Nilou Day Spa are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional spa experience. The following items will help you to make the most of your visit with us.

Appointments: Nilou Day Spa is open Mon-Fri, from 8:30am to 8pm, Sat 8:30am to 6pm, and Sun 10am to 5pm. To make a reservation, please call us during our reception hours, 9am to 6pm Tue-Sat. Reception closed on Sundays and Mondays. Your appointment will be guaranteed with your credit card or gift certificate number.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please give us a 24-hour notice to avoid a charge of the full price of the service to your account. Gift certificates will be void for services canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled service.

Late Arrivals: Your late arrival will deprive you of your precious treatment time, as your appointment will end on time to respect the next scheduled guest.

Children: Regretfully our spa cannot accommodate children.

At-Home Skin Care Regimens: Our trained estheticians can assist you in designing a skin care regimen so you can maintain and enhance the benefits of your visit at home. Click here to learn more about the skin and body care product lines we carry.

Restrictions: Please notify our receptionist and your esthetician of any physical conditions, disabilities, or allergies.

Pregnancy: Hydrotherapy, deep treatments and treatments involving heat are not recommended for pregnant clients. However, all of our other services can be enjoyed by moms-to-be.

Privacy: Each of our rooms is designed for individual treatments. Our highly trained technicians will respect your privacy and comfort by discretely draping you at all times.

Cell Phones: To respect the serenity of Nilou Day Spa and comfort of our guests, please turn off all pagers and cell phones.

Hydration: We recommend that you drink plenty of water following your spa treatment.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available and are a wonderful way to treat a special friend or loved one. Our certificates are beautifully wrapped for any occasion.

Return Policy: We only want delighted customers at Nilou Day Spa. If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, please notify us within ten days, and we will be happy to issue a gift certificate for the full amount of purchase.
